At what age should my child first see an orthodontist?
An orthodontic evaluation is recommended by age 7. This allows our specialist to assess jaw development early and plan the ideal treatment timing for your child's individual case.
How will my child manage at school with braces?
Most children adapt within one to two weeks. There are no restrictions on school activities. Fixed braces stay in place throughout the day, and removable options can be taken out during sports or activities if needed.
How do children clean their teeth with braces?
Fixed brace patients should use an orthodontic toothbrush, interdental brushes, and a fluoride mouthwash to clean thoroughly around brackets and wires. Clear aligner patients simply remove trays before brushing normally.
What if my child's braces break? Minor bracket or wire issues are normal and are usually
resolved at a short appointment. Contact Beauty Wise Medical Center promptly if your child experiences sharp discomfort from a broken component.
Is it safe to choose the cheapest implant option I can find in Dubai?
Not always. Brand, warranty, and specialist credentials matter significantly. A very low quote often indicates unbranded implants or excluded components. Compare total value across all inclusions, not headline price alone.
How many visits does an implant require in total?
Most standard cases involve 4 to 6 visits: initial consultation and scan, surgery, one or two healing check-ups, and crown fitting. Same-day protocols reduce the number of visits needed.
Can I get an implant if I have been told I need bone grafting?
Yes. Bone grafting is a routine additional procedure that builds sufficient bone volume to support the implant. It adds cost and a short healing period but expands the range of patients who are eligible for implants.
How do I avoid unexpected costs after my treatment starts?
Request a full written quote before agreeing to anything. Ask specifically whether the scan, abutment, crown, bone grafting (if needed), and follow-up visits are included in the total price.
