Yes. The clinic runs a genuine 24-hour emergency service and the number rings Dr. Sarhan directly. If you are in pain in the middle of the night, call. That is what the line is for.
Do I need an appointment?
Yes, always call first. This is an on-call emergency service rather than a walk-in clinic. Calling means you are given a time and the clinic is opened and ready when you arrive, instead of you waiting. You are still seen the same night.
How quickly can I be seen?
Most emergency patients are in the chair within the hour, often sooner. Reviewers describe calling around 9:40pm and being treated by 10:35pm, and being fitted in a few hours before a flight.
What will it cost?
Everything is priced before treatment starts, after the examination and X-ray. Consultation AED 500 X-ray AED 175 to 550 Emergency appointment, all in AED 1,500 to 2,500 The range exists because a nerve dressing and a full root canal are not the same job. Where your case sits is explained to you before anything is started.
Do you take insurance?
The clinic works on a reimbursement basis: you pay at the visit and claim it back from your insurer. A full itemised invoice is always provided for the claim. Whether it is covered depends on your own policy, so check with your insurer.
My tooth was knocked out. What do I do right now?
Pick it up by the crown, never the root. Do not scrub or disinfect it. Put it in milk, or hold it in your cheek, and call immediately. Replanted within the hour the tooth often survives, and the chances drop steeply after that.
Can I send a photo before coming in?
